*Quite* jealous of your breakfast!
It was delicious! Very easy too, perhaps I should blog the recipe.

I totally get you-although I had no energy to put make up on to cover my cold and fatigue! I also spent a giddy fortune on school shoes etc in clarkes but enjoyed a costa coffee with my youngest and she felt all grown up with her ‘latte’. I massively cheated with a roast, getting a ready cooked chicken from Costco, but I also relished roasties with the last of the Christmas goose fat – nigella Christmas roasties. Roll on half term (I’m a teacher and married to one) when I can get my home clean. Have a fab week, LA
Your weekend sounds equally as fabulous as ours with almost identical highs and lows! Enjoy the final week before half term.
